Like many students dreaming of opportunities abroad, my journey began in Cameroon with more questions than answers.

I independently navigated university admissions, scholarships and student visa applications to pursue both my MSc and PhD in the United Kingdom. Studying and living abroad taught me that success isn't just about receiving an admission offer — it's about making informed decisions at every stage of the journey. Choosing the right university, preparing strong applications, understanding visa requirements and adapting to life in a new country all require careful planning.

After completing my PhD, I relocated to Canada, where I now work in pharmaceutical research. These experiences gave me a practical understanding of international education and immigration systems across multiple countries. Along the way, I also began helping friends and prospective students navigate university admissions, scholarships and study abroad decisions.

Over time, it became clear that many capable students weren't held back by a lack of potential, but by a lack of clear, trustworthy guidance. That realisation became the foundation of Neba Advisory.
